Mark and I go back several years now and I have always enjoyed collaborating with him. He brings a broad background of experience to every project he is a part of. I’m very fortunate to have been able to sit down with him as part of HMP’s Monkey Ask series.

I’m excited to announce a new body of content soon to arrive to the Humble Monkey Productions blog. Monkey Ask: The Interviews.

Although my tenure inside the “blogoshpere” has been short, it has been long enough for me to learn that content is indeed king. I tired quickly of rehashing information readily found on any number of other blogs, most of which my readership is probably already referencing. The solution? Push away from the computer and go “get yourself some”. Content that is.

Monkey Ask: The Interviews will be an ongoing series of interviews that I’ll be conducting with notable individuals within the photography, design, marketing and advertising industries. Subjects will include art buyers, creative directors, designers, design firm owners, etc.

In my first interview, I sat down with none other than Kat Dalager – Manager of Print Production at Campbell Mithun. Kat’s knowledge of and participation in the advertising industry is second to none. My conversation with Kat will be available soon – exclusively on this blog.
